Aesthetics Training in Columbia

This Fundamental Training Course for Permanent Cosmetics shall include a total of one hundred (100) hours of classroom lecture, instruction, power point and video presentations, manual study, machine practice, and hands on practical experience. In this Course you will have performed a minimum of eight (8) permanent cosmetic procedures to include eyebrows, eyeliner and/or lip liner. The permanent cosmetics class textbook and workbook, and SPCP Esthetics Book, will be mailed to student for pre-study prior to beginning of their class which will account for thirty-five (35) hours of study. Onsite training classes will begin at 8:30 a.m. each day and end by 6:30 pm. There will be a one hour lunch break as well as mid-morning and mid-afternoon short breaks. Students are expected to arrive each day by 8:25 am.

This Apprenticeship Program is designed to assist a student in acquiring the required number of hours and procedures to be performed for licensing regulations in their state (e.g., The State of Missouri, Office of Tattooing, Division of Professional Regulations & Licensing requires a total of three hundred (300) hours training and documented apprenticeship to include 50 procedures performed by student and supervised by trainer or other practitioner licensed in the same field), or for any licensed permanent cosmetic technician who desires additional education.

As an Apprentice, student is required to provide their own models for eyebrow, eyeliner and/or lip liner procedures. The Apprentice will also be required to use their own machines, disposable instruments, topical anesthetics and pigments for the procedures.

Beauty & Beyond, Permanent Cosmetics and Full Service Salon, LLC will provide the facility and other general supplies for the procedures to be performed. The supervising practitioner/trainer of Beauty & Beyond shall be present during entire procedure, shall assist with procedures as necessary and shall document all procedures performed by the Apprentice. A Licensed Practitioner Certification of Apprenticeship shall be given to the Apprentice for their licensing requirements with their respective state.

The apprenticeship fees are as follows, and follow-up procedure appointments are included:

• Eyebrows $ 350.00 per procedure
• Eyeliner $ 350.00 per procedure
• Lip Liner $ 350.00 per procedure
• Full Lip Color $ 450.00 per procedure

All apprenticeship fees will be due by Apprentice and payable to Beauty & Beyond on each day the apprenticed permanent cosmetic procedures are completed. It is the decision of the Apprentice as to whether or not she/he will collect fees from their model. In the event that Apprentice requests trainer of Beauty & Beyond, LLC to travel to their own location in their hometown for apprenticeship, Apprentice shall be liable to pay for travel costs incurred by Beauty & Beyond including mileage, meals and lodging, if any.
